Tohru Honda is an average teenage girl who happens to live with a cursed family that turns into one of the zodiac animals when they are under stress or hugged by a memebr of the oppisite sex. Oh...the twelve zodiac animals AND the cat. What is in store for Tohru Honda when she moves in? Will she fall inlove, will she break the curse, or will she have her memories erased and not remember a thing about it?

Tohru Honda's mother has just passed away from a car accedent. Tohru, herself, is staying in a tent because her grandfather is getting some renevations done. Little does Tohru know she is staying on the Sohmas property. Later, Yuki and Shigure find Tohru Honda and take her in. Soon, Tohru finds out the Sohmas have a terrible secret. They are cursed. When one is hugged by a member of the oppisite sex, or is under a great deal of stress, they are turned into one of the 12 members of the zodiac (or the cat!).
